30-minute Speaking Opportunity at the Annual Meeting (after Lunch Guest Speaker: Admiral William McRaven will also provide time for attending member doctors to provide testimonials to the group).
- Admiral McRaven is a best selling author of “Make Your Bed” and will address the study club on his insight into what it takes to have impactful leadership.
- Ty Detmer is a Heisman trophy-winning quarterback and will be our other lunch guest speaker. He will address the study club on traits he learned that helped him go from unknown high school recruit to winning the Heisman trophy and having a successful NFL career. He will touch on the importance of work/life balance.
We feel that our guest lineup of speakers will be very compelling and anticipate a lot of doctor interest in this upcoming meeting. Dr Bovenizer and Dr. Gunson (oral surgeon) will be our keynote lecturers.
Invitation to attend TOSC socials (will be held in major metro areas of Texas, hosted by Study club members with invited local guest doctors. Usually held in early Fall).

- We will be hosting a casino night on Friday night of the meeting. All attending doctors and residents will participate. Sponsors are also encouraged to attend and participate side by side with the attending doctors. TOSC is going to cover the cost of the event, Diamond Sponsor will be a title sponsor of the event.
- Sponsors can donate goods or services which will be raffled off at the casino night.
- Post meeting- TOSC board will have a conference call with Diamond Sponsor to evaluate how the meeting went, make sure we are each providing value for one another and can make suggestions on how to make future TOSC meetings as compelling and impactful as possible (both for doctors and for sponsors). Feedback is welcome.
- The meeting will open with a presidential address to discuss the theme and purpose of the meeting. Title sponsors (Diamond and Platinum) will receive specific recognition during the presidential address for their much-appreciated support and partnership with our organization.
